30-day returns

Love him or send him back. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order number or receipt as proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at mnpflacco@gmail.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions and where to send it. Items sent back without first asking us won't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get something different is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
