Shipping policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

Shipping is free

Every Reindeer's Rear order ships free. No minimum, no hidden fees at checkout.

How long it takes

Orders arrive in 8-15 business days from the day you order. Business days are Monday to Friday, not including holidays.

If you're buying for a holiday party or gift exchange, order early so your reindeer gets there in time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, we can't ship there yet.

Wrong address or missing package

Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at mnpflacco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
